Urban Partnerships
We don't want to just live in Milwaukee - we want to be part of Milwaukee. Part of it's joys and triumphs but also part of it's pain and brokenness. That is why we want to partner with organizations that are bringing hope and renewal to the urban areas of our city. One of these groups that we have partnered with is the
Wisconsin Nazarene Compassion Center
WNCC is a drug rehab transitional living facility located on the corner of 29th & Wells. We do service projects at WNCC, have ongoing mentor relationships with the residents of WNCC, and hold a Sunday evening service each week there as well. As we grow and expand our ministries it is our hope that we can partner with other urban organizations bringing healing to Milwaukee.
Common Ground
Common Ground is a organization brining together faith based organizations and community businesses for the purpose of bring about political change in areas that directly impact the residents of Milwaukee. Common Ground plans to work to bring about positive change in areas such as affordable housing, crime, health care, mental health, education, and other similar issues that need areas of reform in our city. We hope that through this relationship we can bring elements of the Kingdom to the poor and oppressed in our city. www.commongroundwi.org
